We led an IT team to stronger alignment around annual goals, ensuring all leaders were moving in the same direction. In addition, using the Predictive Index behavioral assessment, these leaders better understood how their leadership styles would either help or hinder goal-achievement. The group discussed strengths and blind spots in relation to the goals at hand, and established plans to maximize their chances of success and mitigate risk.
We partnered with a non-profit software company that was facing a number of C-Suite and board member retirements, creating a risk of knowledge loss and lack of continuity. We introduced talent review as a tool to help take inventory of the organization's talent. Leaders rated performance and future potential of existing staff. We then helped establish individual development plans to help future leaders reach C-suite potential, and we helped recruit new board members.
We partnered with a large pharmaceutical services corporation to improve team dynamics using the Predictive Index. HR Full Circle hosted a full-day workshop of 30 cross-functional leaders. In the workshop, these leaders worked to better understand their own leadership style as well as the styles of their peers. This increased self-awareness and understanding strengthened the dynamics of the team, improved collaboration, and positioned leaders to deliver business results.
We partnered with the CEO of a professional services firm to evaluate the efficiency and maturity of its back-office functions. We conducted interviews with key leaders to understand HR processes and back-office operations. Using this input, we recommended organizational changes including a restructured operations department, addition of a new COO, new job descriptions, and a new position to add capacity to the back office. In addition, we coached the new COO and her team on leadership skills.
We assisted a rapid-growth, venture-capital funded company to improve employee performance. This firm understood the importance of timely performance feedback and was open to selecting tools and technology that would facilitate this objective. We helped select and implement software for employee recognition, performance management, quarterly check-ins between managers and staff, goal-setting, as well as talent review and succession planning among leaders, and we delivered manager training.
