Kelly Gust, President and Chief Encourager

My background is in strategic human resources, talent optimization, leadership development, assessment, performance coaching, training, and change management. Growing up in a small business, I understand the challenges many owners face in finding and keeping great talent. My experience spans a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, supply chain, and organizations both large and small. I have a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, and love helping individuals and organizations reach their potential.

A circle has no beginning and no end, much like your business is constantly evolving. The pinwheel graphic is meant to convey simplicity, natural motion, optimism, vitality and imagination - all traits I hope to bring to HR Full Circle clients! I want solutions that are easy on you and your employees, and maybe even a little fun!  The circular motion of the pinwheel represents the employee life cycle; Hire, Inspire, Engage and Perform! HR Full Circle is the breeze that will keep your company spinning continuously with possibilities (my name is Gust, after all!), with people at the center of it all.
