My background is in strategic human resources, talent optimization, leadership development, assessment, performance coaching, training, and change management. Growing up in a small business, I understand the challenges many owners face in finding and keeping great talent. My experience spans a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, supply chain, and organizations both large and small. I have a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, and love helping individuals and organizations reach their potential.

I'm an experienced HR leader, consultant and coach. I have been blessed with experience working with large and small organizations spanning a variety of industries. I hold a Masters Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and several HR and Recruitment designations. I have personally filled hundreds of senior level openings and the recruitment teams I've led have filled tens of thousands of jobs. With 25 years of experience I help my clients optimize their ability to hire and inspire the right talent.
